Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and QuikForms, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("QuikForms," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the QuikForms managed package for Salesforce, the QuikForms website located at www.sfquikforms.com, and all related services, documentation, and support (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Authorized Users" means Customer's employees, contractors, and agents who are authorized by Customer to access and use the Service on Customer's behalf.
"Customer Data" means all data, content, form configurations, field libraries, form submissions, file attachments, and other information that Customer or its end users enter, upload, create, or store within the Service.
"Documentation" means the user guides, administrator guides, developer documentation, and other technical documentation made available by QuikForms.
"End User" means any individual who interacts with a form, survey, or chat interface created by Customer using the Service.
"Managed Package" means the QuikForms Salesforce managed package distributed via Salesforce AppExchange under the namespace quikforms.
2. Service Description
QuikForms is a no-code form builder for the Salesforce Platform, distributed as a Salesforce managed package. The Service enables Salesforce administrators and business users to create, configure, and deploy dynamic, multi-language forms, surveys, and chat interfaces without writing code.

- Visual, drag-and-drop form builder with live preview
- Standard field types (Text Input, Text Area, Select List, Checkbox, Custom HTML) plus custom field types via plugin framework
- Multi-language support with 10+ locales
- Styling and theming with pre-built themes and full customization
- Reusable field library
- File attachment support (up to 9 MB per file)
- Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA and honeypot spam protection
- Custom analytics with IP hashing
- Version control with draft, publish, and archive lifecycle
The Service is delivered as a Salesforce managed package installed within Customer's own Salesforce Org. All form submission data, configurations, and related records are created and stored within Customer's Salesforce Org.
3. Subscription Plans and Fees
Standard Plan -- $449/month ($395/month billed annually)
Includes all core features: visual form builder, standard field types, multi-language support, advanced styling, file attachments, field library, form cloning, security features, custom analytics, and email support during business hours.
Professional Plan -- $799/month ($699/month billed annually)
Includes all Standard Plan features, plus: plugin framework with developer interfaces, custom field type creation, advanced integrations (Flow, Platform Events), custom validators, submission handlers, JavaScript API access, and priority email support.
4. Free Trial
QuikForms offers a fourteen (14) day free trial for both plans with full access to all Professional Plan features. No credit card is required. At the end of the Trial Period, Customer must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription Fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars (USD). All Subscription Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Customer is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes.
If Customer fails to make any payment when due, QuikForms may charge interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, and may suspend access upon fifteen (15) days' written notice.
6. Customer Obligations and Acceptable Use
Customer shall use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. Customer shall not:
- Use the Service to collect data in violation of any data protection law
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or phishing attempts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Managed Package
- Sublicense, sell, resell, or distribute the Service to third parties
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code through Custom HTML or Plugins
- Exceed or circumvent Salesforce governor limits or rate limits
Customer is solely responsible for the content, configuration, and operation of all forms created using the Service. See the full Acceptable Use Policy for details.
7. Data Ownership and Customer Data
Customer owns all right, title, and interest in all Customer Data. Customer Data is stored within Customer's own Salesforce Org. QuikForms does not maintain a separate database for storing Customer Data.
Customer grants QuikForms a limited license to access Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This license terminates upon termination of this Agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
QuikForms and its licensors own and retain all right, title, and interest in the Managed Package, user interface, themes, documentation, plugin framework architecture, and all trademarks.
Customer owns all form configurations, custom translations, Custom HTML content, Plugins developed by Customer, and Customer branding applied to forms.
9. Security
The Service includes Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA, honeypot spam protection, configurable rate limiting, input validation, and sensitive data filtering in exception logs. Customer is responsible for properly configuring security features, managing access controls, and reporting security incidents to [email protected].
10. Representations and Warranties
QuikForms warrants that the Service will perform materially in accordance with the Documentation during the Subscription Term, and that the Managed Package does not contain malicious code.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES ABOVE, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." QUIKFORMS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF QUIKFORMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
QUIKFORMS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, OR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SALESFORCE PLATFORM.
12. Indemnification
QuikForms shall defend and indemnify Customer against third-party claims alleging that the Managed Package infringes intellectual property rights.
Customer shall defend and indemnify QuikForms against claims arising from Customer Data, Customer's use of the Service in violation of this Agreement, Customer-developed Plugins, Custom HTML content, and Customer's collection or handling of End User data.
13. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with written notice. Either party may terminate immediately if the other party commits a material breach and fails to cure within thirty (30) days.
Upon termination, Customer Data remains in Customer's Salesforce Org. QuikForms does not delete Customer Data upon termination. Customer may uninstall the Managed Package at any time.
14. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt informal resolution within thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation. If not resolved through mediation within sixty (60) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Each party agrees that dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis, not in a class action.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Lane County, Oregon.
